Account deletion
Delete your VeBy account and data
We value your privacy. Follow the steps below to request deletion of your account and associated data.
1. Delete from the app
- Open the VeBy app and go to the Profile page.
- Tap Delete Account.
- A confirmation dialog will appear.
- Tap Delete to confirm.
2. Or ask us to do it
If you can no longer sign in, email office@veby.in from the address on your account, or call the number above, with the mobile number you registered with. We will verify the request and confirm once the account has been deleted.
What is deleted
- Personal details — name, email address, phone number and date of birth.
- Delivery addresses saved to your account.
- Any linked preferences or saved settings.
What is kept
- Order and payment history is not deleted. Completed orders are supported by GST tax invoices, which VeBy is required to retain as accounting records under Indian tax law. These records are kept for that purpose alone and are not used to contact you again.
